01
Independent creator & third-party notice
Notwen Node is an independent third-party creator. We are not Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, and our resources, website and branding are not presented as official Rockstar or Take-Two products.
Names such as GTA, FiveM, Cfx.re, Tebex, Discord, ESX, QBCore and Qbox are referenced only where needed to describe compatibility, platform services or integrations. Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
02
Original content & intellectual property
Notwen aims to publish original or properly licensed software, documentation, artwork and media. We do not intentionally sell copied third-party resources, unlicensed branded assets, extracted game models, real-world brand replicas, protected characters or music without the required rights.
Product pages should clearly show what is included before checkout. If a resource contains configurable or optional content, that scope should be disclosed to the buyer.
03
Cfx / FiveM platform rules
Resources intended for FiveM/Cfx are designed to be used subject to the current Rockstar/Cfx Creator Platform License Agreement, Rockstar policies and applicable creator rules. A platform rule takes priority over any broader permission described on this website.
Where Asset Escrow is used, protected resources are delivered and authorised through the Cfx entitlement system rather than through an unofficial licence bypass.
04
Tebex commerce
Where a paid transaction is enabled, checkout is completed through Tebex. Tebex provides the commerce/payment flow under its own buyer and creator terms. Notwen does not collect payment-card details on this website.
For FiveM monetisation, Tebex is the authorised commerce route referenced by Cfx documentation. Notwen does not intentionally route paid FiveM purchases through an alternative payment system to bypass platform requirements.
05
Delivery, entitlement & resource licence
Paid FiveM/Cfx products may be delivered as Cfx assets through Tebex and Cfx Asset Escrow. The purchaser receives only the licence/use rights described on the product page and in our Terms & Resource Licence.
Redistribution, resale, leaked source, shared purchase access and attempts to bypass entitlement or escrow controls are not permitted unless a product licence expressly says otherwise or mandatory law requires otherwise.
06
Discord-linked benefits
Discord is not used as a substitute for Cfx entitlement. A product may, however, request a linked Discord account when the package includes an explicitly disclosed Discord benefit such as an automatic customer/support role. That identifier is used for that declared delivery flow.
07
Privacy, cookies & accounts
Our Privacy Notice explains the account and service data used by the website. Our Cookie Notice explains local/session storage and any cookies used for authentication, preferences or service operation.
External services such as Cfx/Rockstar, Discord and Tebex process data under their own privacy terms when you use their domains or authentication/checkout services.
08
Support, refunds & disputes
Product support covers the documented Notwen resource and supported integrations described on its product page. Buyers should provide a reproducible issue, resource version and relevant framework/version details.
Refunds, withdrawal rights and payment disputes for Tebex-processed purchases follow Tebex buyer procedures and applicable consumer law. Nothing on this page removes mandatory consumer rights.
The operator identity fields in the Legal Notice must be completed with real information, Tebex project review/onboarding must be complete, product descriptions and delivery settings must be accurate, and the live domain must be under Notwen control. Until then, salesEnabled=false remains intentional.
